Billy M. Arnold, Jr. joined DeGolyer and MacNaughton in 2013 as a senior engineer with approximately 26 years of experience. Prior to joining D&M, Arnold worked for various independent oil companies as operations manager, staff engineer, or contract consultant, attaining approximately 20 years of experience in prospect evaluation, drilling, completion, production, safety, environmental, and marketing responsibilities.

Arnold earned bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering in 1981 and petroleum engineering in 1993 from Texas A&M University. He is a current member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
