Faith Hoover
Human Resources Director

Faith Hoover is Human Resources Director of DeGolyer and MacNaughton. In that role, she oversees the firm’s human resources operations, including employee benefits and retirement programs, payroll administration, contractor management, and federal and state compliance reporting. She also advises firm leadership on employment matters, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. She joined D&M in 2025. She brings nearly a decade of human resources leadership experience.

Prior to joining D&M, Hoover held HR leadership roles across the manufacturing and healthcare industries, where she built and developed HR functions, implemented HR and learning management systems, and managed compliance and performance management programs.

Hoover earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University and obtained SHRM-CP certification in 2024.
