Ivan A. Iuferov began his employment at DeGolyer and MacNaughton’s Moscow office in 2017 as a geologist specializing in field development and reservoir study applications. Before joining D&M, he was responsible for 2–D and 3–D geologic modeling and reserves calculations for Central Geophysical Expedition.

Iuferov graduated from Gubkin State University of Oil and Gas, Moscow, with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum geology in 2009. In 2017, he completed a master’s degree in petroleum engineering with a diploma of excellence at Russian State Geological Prospecting University, Moscow. He is a member of the Eurasian Union of Experts of Subsurface management. Iuferov is fluent in Russian and English.

Major Projects
Iuferov has conducted reserves estimations on more than 20 fields situated in the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan. He has participated in multidisciplinary teams for the evaluation of reserves under both SEC and PRMS guidelines.
