Derek Jones joined DeGolyer and MacNaughton in 2025 as an IT Systems Analyst. With his experience in system administration, cloud computing, process automation, and cybersecurity, he maintains DeGolyer and MacNaughton’s highly available and secure global IT infrastructure. He has 1 year of experience in the industry.

Prior to joining DeGolyer and MacNaughton, Jones worked as a systems engineer in the financial industry.

Jones earned an associate’s degree in cybersecurity from Collin College in 2016.
