Major Projects
Neat has conducted reserves estimations focused on unconventional plays, including oil, gas, and condensate reservoirs across Australia, China, North America, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. His experience encompasses reserves estimations, appraisals, and mergers and acquisitions for numerous clients. His work involves evaluating producing wells to determine type curves and estimate volumes recoverable from undeveloped locations. In addition, he has evaluated well performance in unconventional reservoirs using production-performance diagnostic techniques. At D&M, to assist in his evaluations of reserves, Neat has worked extensively with PHDWin and ProPerIntel, a platform for analyzing and forecasting well and field performance.
Recent work has included well performance studies and reserves evaluations of shale oil and gas plays in North America (Bakken, Codell, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Marcellus, Niobrara, Three Forks, Utica, Wolfcamp, and Woodford).
